I "watchout" for my clients best interest.  When I talk to my clients I find out as much as possible during our conversations and emails.  I have worked on many projects and can do just about anything you want in regards to advertising & promotional materials.  In addition, I have a very extensive list of friends and business associates that may help you and your business get off the ground and be successful.

  • websites

  • press releases

  • brochures (tri-fold)

  • flyers (one or two sided)

  • business cards

  • t-shirt designs and printing

  • zed cards

  • stationary

  • print ads

  • posters

I work closely with my clients and am in constant communication.  I usually work non-stop on a project until I am done and in some instances I'm waiting to be provided with the material needed to complete the particular project I am working on so you won't be waiting for me to complete your project.

Websites are something I do most of the time.  I also do a lot of websites for start-up companies or people who just don't want to spend a lot of money on a website.  I have also done quite a few websites for people who were not happy with how their current webmaster was handling everything, especially communication or updates.  I am the easiest person to communicate with and to get in touch with.

I try to keep my websites as simple and easy to navigate as possible.  I do not use Flash to much but can use DHTML and JAVA when needed.  Simple Flash I do use at times for photos, slide shows and menus.  When I do a website I ask the client certain questions so I can get an idea of how or what they want their website to look like and accomplish.

  • are you selling a service or product

  • what kind of theme (hardcore, grunge, soft, family, business, etc)

  • what is your demographics and goal for your website

  • you have to have clean and sharp photos (always makes a site look better)

I try to understand what direction you want to go with your website.  In most cases, I can put together a very good website with between 4 and 8 pages.  I always include a separate "contact" page.  I personally find it annoying when you go to a website and you can't find any contact information easily.

With the websites I design I also include keywords, description and title information to assist your website being found through search engines.  When I design a website I encourage you to include the website in every form of advertising and marketing you plan to do to promote your business.  This is really the best way to get your website out there.  Make it simple so people can easily remember it and go look for it when they get home or to work. I also help to register your site and see if the name you have come up with is available and help with suggestions.

My fees range anywhere from $300 to up to $4,000.  There are certain things that can make your website more expensive.  Having a lot of photos (more than 30) that need editing can make it more expensive, having many items in your shopping cart (more than 20), and having many forms and external files can all cause your website to be more expensive.  But, I will do everything I can to make sure I can put together a website you will be happy with for as little as possible.

My fees are simple as is the payment plan.  I require 50% payment up front when I start the project.  This is usually paid through PayPal (hawaiifit@yahoo.com) or if it a local website (Las Vegas) a check is fine.  The balance is paid when I am done with the site and you are 100% satisfied.  I do not get paid the balance until you are happy.  The only time I get paid before the sight is done is if the project takes more than a month.  This has only happened a few times and it is usually because I am waiting to receive the required information or photos.

I can finish your website in most cases in 3 to 7 days if I have all the materials from you provided to me.  If you have any other questions or would like a list of references please feel free to email me at hawaiifit@yahoo.com
